All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Unless otherwise stated, product prices include:

- Hardwire kit (buck converter)
- Installation materials
- Hidden wiring installation
- Rear camera installation where applicable
The price displayed at checkout is the total price payable.
4. Installation Appointments
Following a successful order, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a suitable installation date and location.
Customers must ensure:
- The vehicle is available at the agreed time.
- Safe access is available to carry out the installation.
- The vehicle is roadworthy and safe to work on.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where circumstances outside our control prevent installation from taking place.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must inform us of any known vehicle faults, modifications, electrical issues, or previous aftermarket installations that may affect the installation process.
We cannot be held responsible for faults or issues unrelated to the products or installation services provided.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before installation takes place.
Where equipment has already been ordered, allocated, or preparation work has commenced, reasonable costs may be deducted from any refund.

7. Warranty
We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on our installation services.
This warranty covers installation-related faults only.
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse
- Vehicle electrical faults
- Third-party modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Manufacturer defects covered separately by the product manufacturer
8. Product Warranty
Dash camera products supplied by us may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty periods and coverage may vary between products.
Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions.
9. Limitation Of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Our liability shall be limited to the value of the product or service purchased.
We shall not be liable for:
