Dash Camera Installation Services

We aim to provide high-quality dash camera products and professional installation services. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing an order.

Cancellation Before Installation

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before equipment has been ordered, allocated, or installation work has been scheduled.

If equipment has already been ordered or allocated to your booking, a deduction may be made to cover any costs already incurred.

Cancellation Within 48 Hours Of Installation

If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled installation appointment, an administration fee may apply to cover time, scheduling, and preparation costs.

Change Of Mind

As our products are supplied as part of a professional installation service, returns for change of mind may not be accepted once equipment has been installed.

If you wish to discuss a change of mind cancellation before installation takes place, please contact us as soon as possible.

Faulty Products

If your dash camera develops a fault during the manufacturer’s warranty period, please contact us.

Depending on the nature of the fault, we may:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Arrange manufacturer support
  • Offer a refund where required by UK consumer law

Installation Issues

If you believe there is a problem with the installation workmanship, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange for inspection, repair, or rectification work.

Customer-Supplied Vehicles

Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is available and accessible at the agreed installation location and time.

Missed appointments may be subject to a rebooking charge.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

Installation Warranty

We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on our installation services. This warranty covers installation-related faults but does not cover accidental damage, misuse, vehicle electrical faults, or damage caused by third-party modifications after installation.
